Diet:

For the 2000s wellness aesthetic, bangles are an essential. Get them in different styles and bold colours for the ultimate extra flair. Additionally a patterned tote bag is good to carry around with you when attending a yoga or pilates session to hold your essentials (waterbottles, snacks, etc.). Lastly, a journal to write in after your meditations and reflections is perfect for keeping track of your progress in your wellness journey!
