Heavenly Breakfast Bowls

  • The Base:
    • 1 ½ cups frozen mixed berries (blueberries/blackberries)
    • ½ large frozen banana (sliced before freezing)
    • 1/3 cup plain Greek yogurt
    • 2–4 tbsp oat milk (add one tablespoon at a time until smooth)
  • The Toppings:
    • 6-8 fresh raspberries
    • 1 tbsp chia seeds
    • 1 tbsp coconut flakes
    • 2 tbsp granola
    • 1 tbsp slivered almonds

Blend the frozen fruit and yogurt on high, adding milk only a splash at a time until thick and creamy. Spoon the mixture into a chilled bowl, smoothing the surface into a wave pattern. Arrange the toppings in neat, vertical rows to achieve the signature aesthetic.

  • The Base:
    • 1 ½ cups frozen strawberries
    • ½ large frozen banana
    • 1/4 cup coconut milk (canned for extra creaminess)
    • 1 scoop vanilla protein or collagen (optional)
  • The Toppings:
    • 4 large fresh strawberries, sliced vertically
    • 6 Rainier cherries, pitted and halved
    • 3 tbsp golden honey granola

Blend the frozen strawberries, banana, and coconut milk on high until it reaches a thick, soft serve consistency. Transfer to a bowl and use a spoon to swirl a “crescent” wave on one side. Line the strawberry hearts and cherry halves along the center, then finish by scattering granola over the fruit for a textured, dreamy look.

  • The Base:
    • 1 cup thick Greek yogurt (or coconut yogurt)
    • 1 tsp vanilla bean paste (for those tiny black specks)
    • 1 tbsp maple syrup or honey
  • The Toppings:
    • 1 small banana, thinly sliced
    • 2 raspberries
    • 2 tbsp chocolate protein granola (with coconut flakes)
    • 1 tsp ground cinnamon
    • 1 tbsp almond butter (swirled into the edge)

Whisk the yogurt, vanilla, and sweetener until light and airy, then smooth it into the bowl with a flat surface. Fan the banana slices in a tight curve along the top edge. Pile the granola and raspberries in the center, then finish with a bold, diagonal dusting of cinnamon across the right side for that perfectly filtered look.

  • The Base:
    • 1 ½ cups frozen mixed berries (blueberries and raspberries)
    • ½ frozen banana
    • ¼ cup coconut water or apple juice
    • 1 tbsp acai powder (optional, for that deep magenta tone)
  • The Toppings:
    • 1 large kiwi, peeled and sliced into thin rounds
    • 15–20 fresh blueberries
    • 2 tbsp hemp hearts (or white chia seeds)
    • 1 tbsp pumpkin seeds (optional, for extra green contrast)

Blend the frozen berries and banana with the liquid on high until perfectly smooth and thick. Pour into a dark bowl to make the colors pop. Arrange the kiwi slices in an overlapping fan on the left side. Place the blueberries in a clustered vertical line down the center, and finish with a neat, dense stripe of hemp hearts along the right edge.

  • The Base:
    • 1 ½ cups frozen strawberries
    • ½ large frozen banana
    • ¼ cup unsweetened almond milk
    • 1 tsp pitaya (dragon fruit) powder (for that bright, neon pink colour)
  • The Toppings:
    • 1 small banana, sliced into thick coins
    • 4–5 fresh strawberries, roughly chopped
    • 2 tbsp clusters of vanilla almond granola
    • 1 tsp hemp seeds (sprinkled over the fruit)

Blend the frozen fruit and almond milk until the texture is dense and velvety. Fill a wide bowl and use a spoon to swirl a deep spiral from the center outwards. Fan the banana slices along the top right curve, then border them with a generous pile of chopped strawberries and granola clusters. Keep the bottom half of the bowl clear to showcase the smooth, pink texture.

  • The Base:
    • 1 cup thick coconut yogurt (or vanilla Greek yogurt)
    • 1 tbsp cashew butter (for a rich, buttery undertone)
    • ½ tsp vanilla extract
  • The Toppings:
    • 10–12 fresh blueberries
    • 1 small banana, sliced into thin coins
    • 2 tbsp freeze dried raspberry crumbles
    • 2 tbsp honey toasted granola clusters

Smooth the yogurt into a bowl, keeping the surface flat and clean. Fan the banana slices in a tight arch across the top. Create a diagonal “river” through the center using the granola clusters and scattered freeze-dried raspberries. Finish by framing the left and bottom edges with fresh blueberries to anchor the neutral tones with a pop of deep blue.
