Motivation seems to be treated like a personality trait. Like some girls just wake up glowing, disciplined and effortlessly put together. But what if I told you that’s not how it works. Motivation is a state. It comes and goes. It fades. It disappears right when you need it most. And if you rely on it, you’ll always feel one step behind.

1. Stop Waiting to Feel Ready
