The Victoria’s Secret Angel’s Workout Routine

Do this 3–4 times a week.
1. Warm up (5 min)
- Jumping jacks – 30 sec
- Arm circles (forward + back) – 1 min
- Bodyweight squats – 10 reps

This routine works because it’s balanced. The goal isn’t to collapse on the floor at the end!
As long as you feel better than when you started, you’re moving in the right direction
